HIBISCUS & ROSEHIP IMMUNITY INFUSION

Ingredients :::

1-2 Tbsp hibiscus flowers

1 tsp Rose Hips

 *Optional additions:  A pinch of Schisandra, a pinch of Hawthorne berries, rose

Method ::: 

*Can be made as a hot or cold infusion 

For cold: add the herbs to a 32oz mason jar. Cover with cold water & pop in the fridge overnight. Strain & Enjoy ! 

For Hot: add the herbs to a 32oz mason jar. Cover with boiling water. Let cool & then pop in the fridge overnight (esp on warmer days). Strain & Enjoy ! 


Optional additions once brewed: a splash of rose water, a tsp of raw honey - serve room temp, chilled or over ice. Lovely as popsicles in the summer.
