PESTO - 2 WAYS

Cilantro Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients //

1/2- 3/4th Cup Raw Shelled Pistachios (sub - walnuts, pine nuts/ 1/2 nuts /1/2 hempseeds)

2 Decent Bunches Of Cilantro

1/2 Cup Olive Oil 

1/2 Tsp Paprika

1/2 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Tsp Coriander 

1/4 Tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup

1/2-1 Lime

1/2 Small Lemon 

Dill Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients //

1 Small Bunch Of Dill

1 Small Bunch Of Carrot Tops

1/2 - 1 Tsp Cumin

Juice Of One Small Lemon

1/3 Cup Shelled Raw Pistachios (sub walnuts or pine nuts)

1 Tablespoon Raw Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt

3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil

METHOD // 

Blend all ingredients in the Food processor until fully combined. Enjoy!
