TULSI TURMERIC CHAI

One of the drinks that survives each diet trend and never goes out of style is tea. Tea is one of the most delicious and effective ways to nourish your body, especially when the temperature starts to drop.

C | Cool crisp mornings bring the need for warming nourishment and grounding activities to stay balanced in fall. My favorite autumn mornings start with opening the windows, wrapping up in a blanket to do my morning journaling, and sipping a big mug of this soul-satisfying herbal chai. In cold weather months, I keep a constant pot of this spice blend going on the stove so it’s always ready when I want a quick digestion-boosting drink to sip on throughout the day.
