It’s here. The crisp air, the parties, family time, and of course the desire to eat and drink anything that makes you feel warm inside. Before we go spinning into a fury of stress and overindulgence there are a few tips to keep in mind. 

It's easy to overextend ourselves during the holidays and absorb the energy from others. It is important to find ways to support and ground ourselves. Practice taking long, deep breaths and find quiet time to unwind. Make conscious choices, establish boundaries, take time to exercise and nourish your body with good food. Offering this to yourself makes it so you will have so much more to offer to those around you.
