PISTACHIO PESTO - 2 WAYS

I'm crazy for pistachios lately! Loaded with fiber, protein & vitamin e, whats not to love?? The original pistachio pesto idea came from my dear friend, Chef Brando Farr. A wizard in the kitchen, his brilliant ideas always turn into pure magic. Enjoy! 

Cilantro Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients //

1/2- 3/4th Cup Raw Shelled Pistachios

2 Decent Bunches Of Cilantro

1/2 Cup Olive Oil 

1/2 Tsp Paprika

1/2 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Tsp Coriander 

1/4 Tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Sunroot Sweetener Or Organic Grade B Maple Syrup

1/2-1 Lime

1/2 Small Lemon 

Dill Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients //

1 Small Bunch Of Dill

1 Small Bunch Of Carrot Tops

1/2 - 1 Tsp Cumin

Juice Of One Small Lemon

1/3 Cup Shelled Raw Pistachios

1 Tablespoon Raw Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Himalyan Salt

3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil

METHOD // 

Blend all ingredients in Food processor until fully combined. Enjoy!
