This pecan milk recipe is one of my favorites and is perfect to make on a Sunday morning. Creamy and nourishing, this milk makes for a delicious treat that is also a great option for satisfying your sweet tooth. Pecans are incredibly nutrient dense, loaded with vitamin E, flavonoids, and anti-inflammatory minerals. It's great for glowing skin, balanced digestion, lowering cholesterol, & keeping your heart healthy. Enjoy!


1.5 cup pecans, soaked for at least 2 hours (or overnight) 

4 cups water 

2 tbsp omica sunroot sweetener 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

2 tablespoons coconut butter 

10 drops of omica butterscotch stevia

1/2 Tsp cinnamon 

Pinch of sea salt


1. Blend & Strain through nut milk bag

2. Chill & serve !
